Bro, rain already stop at 6pm. Flash flood is from 330pm-415pm.

Morning - concrete segment fell down
Afternoon - flash flood..
Mrt needs to do something. This is major road from cheras to KL. pity those cars breakdown due to flash flood.

Good sign of prosperity, first at IOI Mall, now at Leisure Mall

Yeap... rain already stopped late 5pm and l was able to drive thru Jln Mutiara Barat, the place l normally took pictures. I am a little relief seeing the EKC site did not collect that much of water. Drainage worked?

That does not mean l am satisfied but at least it is not as worse as l have imagined.

Overall, the flash flood is something l would have predicted as spelt in earlier posts. In today's case, not sure it was caused by MRT construction or EKC construction.

Nonetheless, l would rather see flood in early stage than later.

1) Both have xRT construction and station nearby.
2) Water accumulated at the place with lower ground-level of the road.
3) Both incidents with car floating...

Other bosses can correct.

For non-bumi units I do not have the latest available info.
Other bosses can help.

But there are still many bumi units available (across BlkJ, BlkH and BlkE).

This section of jln cheras has been always prone to flood for 20yrs+....till today still not resolve......

I think no more next phase ady,current phase last I know still have some bigger and higher units.but quite limited also,any daikors can provide clearer picture?
