I don't recall there is any next phase launching.
Other bosses can correct.

For non-bumi units I do not have the latest available info.
Other bosses can help.

But there are still many bumi units available (across BlkJ, BlkH and BlkE).
You may refer earlier page as follow, for bumi units availability.
It should not change much since Jul.

Wow..Cheras is mentoned by 2 experts...
Jln Cheras is one of the longest roads in KV.
Anyway, since Jln Cheras started from All Saints' Church(after Pudu pasar), to Cheras Sentral(KL border), joins with most Grand Saga path(as Grand Saga sits on Jln Cheras), Jln Cheras continues its path from Dukung station and ends at Kajang Stadium.

I will interprate projects along the route above as Cheras projects.
It is relatively a huge area.

Again, I am glad Cheras being mentioned.

Weekday Sidetrack 1 - For those interested...

Points picked randomly from the article
- For high-end condo, local demand is expected to weaken within next 12 months, mainly in KLCC area.
(This is due to mismatch bewteen pricing by developers vs local affordability)

- For affordable condo, there is steady of demand growth with young couples and professionals

- Market prices of most existing high-end condo are expected to be stable in short-term,
while prices of low to medium-end condo at more popular locations, may see appreciation.

Why Germany property price not affected during US propoerty bubble burst in 2008/9

Points picked randomly from the article
- Research data showed that for the past 30 years, property prices were stable.
The average price increase did not exceed 60%,

- Some Factors
1) Loan about 80% max. Down-payment of 20% + 10% fees(processing, chap palang etc).
2) Transaction tax/stamp duty about 10%
3) Owners to pay annual property tax
4) RPGT of 25% within 10 years
5) Low rental yield

- These factors make Germany properties less attractive to speculate or flip

Reply from Ekocheras,

We have received numerous emails from our EkoCheras project purchasers who have expressed their concern over the recent flooding at Jalan Cheras during the heavy downpour on 24th August 2014.

We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the cause of the recent flooding and the actions that was taken by the Authority DBKL and Ekovest Capital Sdn Bhd to solve this issue. The cause of the recent flooding was due to the insufficient capacity of the existing main drain underground culverts that crosses below the existing Jalan Cheras road to Sg Kerayong. DBKL have identified this issue and has directed the consultants to design additional underground culverts to discharge storm water across Jalan Cheras to the existing Sg Kerayong. The design drawings and documents were completed and are ready for tender and DBKL has published the Notice for the Invitation of Tender last week.

With the completion of these new additional underground main drain culverts in the very near future by DBKL, such flooding will not occur under the condition of another heavy downpour. As such, we assure our purchasers that such flood will not occur at our project when the upgrading of the main drain along Jalan Cheras and the culverts are completed by DBKL in the near future.

Thank you for your kind understanding and the support given to us since the launch of our project
