Property price does not drop...What went wrong?

Eko Cheras has all the ingredient to be successful. Now it is all depend on Ekovest's execution. Heard Mall and Hotel's DO approved recently. But i still doubt it could complete within 4 yrs based on the structure and works required for Ekc. Of course investors may want it to be late to have LAD to subsidise the reno. Lol. But some may concern developer ll cut short certain area to deliver it an uncompleted properties like many owners facing nowadays.

Although they launched the project last year, but most of the buyers got the spa dated this year n my case is dated apr. They already had extra half year to finish the project without compensate LAD.

Hehe... My SnP was signed and stamped on Dec-13.

I believe the concern of developer cutting short certain area/process is valid.

Understand no one has the clearest or deepest info about their progress.
At least we have a team of buyers monitoring from far.
If there is anything not right, buyers have to act as a team to rectify/feedback.

My company enquired earlier for the office block but it is not for sell.

good news for the residential / SOHO buyers, bad news for us

Actually the progress seems slow now because if the first SPA was dated Dec 2013, the piling should have been completed by end of this year or early next year...of which there is no clear sign yet

Maybe they were awaiting for the DO approval of the mall and hotel before complete the piling

this year end still got 4 months to go.. maybe able to complete piping then.
