It's facing west. Developer agent confirmed but not the property agent as they received wrong info from the developer. A major mistake! sweat.gif sweat.gif

My concern:
1) Just wondering will the afternoon sun shine direct into the unit?
2) Cemetery view doh.gif doh.gif


anyway my carpark space is in B2 as well, near to the ram (B2 to B1 ram) blink.gif and also near to the lift rclxms.gif

Developer didnt give a letter stating about the free accessories: eg: aircond and etc.. they promise will send me 1 copy later.

The bright side for unit number 5 is that, if your unit is lower than Tmn Billion, then the unit is shaded partially from evening sun by the slope.
If your unit is taller than Tmn Billion(most likely this case as your parking layer hints), you get to view the beautiful KLCC twin towers after sunset. May view Kuari cemetery at an angle.

For unit number 6, ie studio, for low floor the church slope provides some shade too. For high floor, hope the wind transfers the heat away. If l have a unit like this, l will plan to have my window tinted.

My parking lot is at B3. I have more worry.

Once we have the Level 3 built, we will get a clearer picture of sun orientation.
I will goto Tmn Billion to "enjoy my sunset view "

Doubt that the church slope will be higher than maybe 5th floor of block E. Also if view is facing the slope is like "repent by facing the wall".

If it has 90% merit n 10% flaw, enjoy the 90% n accept the 10% as trade off

Same philosophy with with your wife, once married, enjoy her merit n flaw

If really cannot tahan can sell in the future. If made money then being bless again. If made less maybe less blessing but still bless
