Not in my understanding with them at this moment. But seems they are going for more premium after this. Unless economy go worse, otherwise I do not think they will do that.

I totally agreed, the return in long term is sure but not short term. Especially we are facing some uncertainty in term of economy stability. But if you intend to keep it for self stay, no problem rclxms.gif

b) Kemuning Utama - freehold, gated & guarded
c) Rimbayu - lease hold

What price would you offer (assume that the size is same @ 22x75) for each location?

Some articles from the newspaper for all to read. So price of housing going to be easy a bit. At least it would not accelerate like this few year. For those who buy a house for short term invest, you may not get what you want. But for those who buy for stay, it definitely nothing wrong. smile.gif

Hopefully so.... so IJM will ensure all the facilities build up faster. More people stay mean the shop there will open sooner and will be more convenient for those who move in early. Otherwise you need to go all the way to KK for even simple purchase. tongue.gif

For own stay, no matter how much you gain or lose is just on paper only. Unless you buy more than one and sell it off. Anyway, it will be a good for "retirement" plan. No way can get any 'cheap' house for landed property nowadays at good location. Grab one while you afford to get that is still within your budget.

In coming years, I do expect most people can only afford the apartment / condo type as the landed property price is shooting very high.

Ha ha.... target date is target date. Must see how is the market response as well as market condition. If market is good, they might accelerate their pace, otherwise just slow down their pace.
