Just gotten the latest progress billing for Chimes. This one is for the internal and external finishes. So in total already 70% billed. Next one should be 5% for when the road is done and then VP!! I think VP by Dec is really plausible right now.

meaning they already billed you for the road accessing to your unit? Mine only this one not billed yet then the rest is billed after VP

i think if they build it before launching the shop offices & the luxury area near the lake, then it can help to boost their sales & price of the property.. some more since it's half way, why not completed it? i tthink they don't wan to take stone to hit their own leg? Unless there are some resistence from other area? like the golden triangle road at tmn puchong utama, take 10 years also haven't built, due to budget, government.. etc etc

For Rimbayu, from phase 5 onwards should be all strata title with high end price.

Have tried out the Bandar Saujana Putra link today. Distance is about 10km from Rimbayu sales gallery. It took me roughly 13 minutes to arrive at Saujana Putra town centre. Would be faster if I didn't slow down/stop to take pics of the journey.

The link is already close to completion as >95% of it is already tarred. It's only a short stretch at the beginning and ending of the link that isn't tarred (Roughly 200m at the beginning and 100m at the end). It's only at this area whereby we need to slowdown due to potholes/gravel road. There rest of the journey would be worry free.

The short stretch outside City Link where we need to slow down due to potholes. Distance is only roughly around 100m. Once we passed this stretch, would be back to tarred road already and Bandar Saujana Putra is just around the corner...
