For every Bumi release, they will adjust the price according to their preset 'market' price. This price is similar to what they offer for phase 2 / 4 end lot / corner lot as of now.

Landed property won't down for too much. Especially those developer get their land through 3rd party like ES. Worst case is stagnant or down not more than 10%. My guess worth 0.5 cents
