Actually i am ok with -ve comment, like you dun like the concept, dun like the design of house, dun like facilities, or too pricey.
But bad sales for me not so towards to opinion, is more towards to facts.
Rimbayu bad sales i not agree, i can will use good sales on rimbayu project.
But if just focus on bumi quota sales. Yes, it really super bad sales. Maybe he refer this.

for me rimbayu is a great location... otherwise you make a canopy in front of klcc and you got everything surrounded you...

Leasehold for a township, should be quite ok? It's like Sri Petaling? The price there is still very high even though it's leasehold..

The kota kemuning roundabout is definitely very jam (basically from kesas already jam), but there's 'shortcut' to go into rimbayu, when you turn in from kesas, turn left into those housing area, then you can skip the first roundabout...
Also I heard my friend who stay at KK, said that there will be a plan to build a flyover for the first roundabout in the future.. again not sure though.. hehe

Hope that in the future, when the road to Saujana Putra is built and ready, there will be alternative.. also hope that the lrt at putra height will be on time, then we don't have to use kesas that often..

all is just hope.. for now, still sucks of course...
