Leasehold for a township, should be quite ok? It's like Sri Petaling? The price there is still very high even though it's leasehold..
The kota kemuning roundabout is definitely very jam (basically from kesas already jam), but there's 'shortcut' to go into rimbayu, when you turn in from kesas, turn left into those housing area, then you can skip the first roundabout...
Also I heard my friend who stay at KK, said that there will be a plan to build a flyover for the first roundabout in the future.. again not sure though.. hehe
Hope that in the future, when the road to Saujana Putra is built and ready, there will be alternative.. also hope that the lrt at putra height will be on time, then we don't have to use kesas that often..
all is just hope.. for now, still sucks of course...
