I get mine from CIMB @ BLR-2.50% loan 90%+MRTA

Citibank do offer me @ BLR-2.50% as well, but loan 89% and no MRTA

Other bank like Maybank, RHB, HSBC offer @BLR-2.40~2.45%. But I
didn't really go for negotiate with them.

If not mistaken, Hong Leong also can offer BLR-2.50%. You may try

Hopefully new show house will be ready by the time Chimes VP. So I can get more idea on the renovation
