My personal opinion is at current market condition, return from property might not be great. Just my 2 cents. It will depends on what is your target duration. 5-10 years?

In fact not much you can benifit from knowing the price during initial launching. For every release, price will be jack up around 50k.

Phase 2 and 4 won't had any show unit. The area they demolished meant for phase 5 show house.
