Since L7 cannot be flash using custom firmware, the best way is use thord party router that supports unifi such as TPlink and Asus. I also not sure why so many bad reviews for L7 router since it works fine for me and my firmware version is 1.07TM

UniFi came and install on morning, I called and upgraded to 20Mbps for 229 in the afternoon.
So it's possible but depending on promotion.

Just call the support line and ask for upgrade.
To upgrade to 10mb you must be using 5mb now. If you're using 10mb they will allow upgrade to 20mb.

Somehow after I changed the Security type to WEP the problems seems to be solved
but still WEP is susceptible to cracking by BEINI within minutes
Any solution regarding this issue ?

No, they are separate. From the photo, top to bottom, is the Hypptv set top box, the wifi router, and the modem.

Mine is also like that. The dimension of all three equipment is the same, so very nice to stack them up on top of each other like what shown in the photo above.
