this screw-up has been for >1 month liao. terrible.
either they're doing throttling actively or they dont know what's happening at all. |

Gave a call to unifi to complain about recent packet loss, after scolding a bit and asking for supervisor, my connection miraculously restored to 1 month before performance. Youtube fine at 720p, dota 2 no more packet loss.

For me, when on VPN, Youtube and Facebook are fine. So it is something TM is doing - either a screw up or intentional.

Hey guys, i want to subscribe for unifi package.
