The sales person did mention the diamond more sparkling (rainbow colour) is due to sacrifice the cutting to achieve it.. thus it not 3EX, with 3EX it will not achieve that kind of result.. The second stone only have cut grade Very Good too.

but based on above 3 GIA mention, which is more preferable?
about budget.. everyone want to have lower price and best quality
