Yes, it can be opened. On the bottom of the front panel, I believe there is a cut-out for you to place your hand inside to get a grip, then just pull it off.

[Personal preferences] No any particular brand in mind but i heard AMD works better for gaming? also, I'm not much into HD graphic, as long as the game can play decently I'm cool with it


Also, it would be helpful if you can suggest similar rig but with an additional purpose of 3D animation software for graphic design. I want to know the difference in price. Whether i can afford it. Thank you.

For the 3D Animation purpose,get Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 CPU at RM799 and increase RAM capacity to 8GB. (8GB DDR3 1600Mhz is RM244). Should be around 2.1-2.2K.

i realize lingloong sells Sapphire dual x R9 280 for only Rm865
