Well it's in the budget line of the Bitfenix. Corsair casing also has superb airflow, their new Spec - 0X line ranging from RM 189 - RM 215. Include side panel window as well. For Bitfenix , there's the Neos at RM 189. If you want cheap with side panel can go for CM K series.

Here's some people who's are reseller of Bitfenix.

performance RAM isn't much of a necessary actually if the build isn't meant for OC (especially a Xeon CPU).
CPU cooler, Cooler Master Hyper 212X would suffice IMHO.
Source 210 might have some issue with some tall cooler as the end of the heatpipes might scratch its window.

Lol bro recommendation 1 was my original build for you except for the motherboard. But otherwise follow lingloong's recommendaction since it has the StormX Dual, and im assuming since he gave you the list he has stocks for all.

The H87 Performance is also fine. But only take it if the H97 Pro4 is really out of stock.

The Hyper X Fury is only RM259, which is slightly above that of value ram but with substantially better timings. So why not? Extra RM10-15 only. Haha.

Yeah the Hyper 212X would be fine as well. But the 612 I recommended is 120mm tall IIANM, and the Spec can handle it just fine. But decision is ultimately his.

lol, you have misunderstand. The both spec is recommended by you, from lingloong is mean lingloong have the stock~
lingloong is only recommended ASRock H87 PERFORMANCE for me~due to Gigabyte GA - H87-D3H out of stock~

So I will place order below things later~(your recommendation)
CPU-Intel Xeon E3 1230 V3
mobo-ASRock H97 PRO4 (priority) /ASRock H87 PERFORMANCE (if h97 pro4 out of stock)
Memory-Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB Kit (4GBx2) 1600Mhz
GPU - PALIT GeForce® GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual (2048MB GDDR5)
HDD-1TB WD Blue
PSU- Seasonic M12-II 620W
Casing - Corsair Spec - 03
Cooling - Cooler Master TCP 612 CPU Cooler

hopefully all in stock~

If you put games in the SSD, it'll only lessen loading time when go to other levels and stuff like that.
