Guys sorry I dont know where to ask this question, recently i change my stock cooler to Noctua NH-U14S, and my idle temp usually shows 40 degree celcius, is it normal? I'm running stock on i5-3570k

3rd party cooler hardly reduces idle temp, you will see difference mainly on load temps only.

3 Generations late already. What kind of games do he likes to play? With 760 you can play on high-ultra on most games at 1080p. Some games like Crysis maybe need to tone the MSAA to get the suitable FPS.

Very cheapo one and he likes to play those high end game? Crysis,Witcher 2 both of this game he play at 1600x900 reso on his 23inch monitor

Looks like he will be getting one end of this month

Well there's value ram, which you can buy from practically any shops. Cost around the same more or less.
