Tell CS to check your mobile number in theirs system too. My experience is that don't know where they got the number from but it was not my mobile number.

but I saw a promo from maybank to start autodebit with them and get one off CB.
not worth it, so I continue calling them everymonth using my CIMB CB card and get 5% off.

talking about astro, i made payment through its portal but it keeps all my CC details. i tried to remove it by clearing cookies, cache but it is still there. do you face this problem too?

Sometime tac entered wrongly also payment can go thru..

happened to me few times b4..
U can test... one of the websites I remember is GSC..

even the cvc digits are stored by the astro portal. there was a payment that go thru without tac previously too.

i always forgot my passwords for different login sites. so i put my browser to remember all (usernames & passwords). like that i teruk already lor.
