hi all,

on the cashback...i called the customer service and was told the cashback is given for that particular month of your spending and also based on your statement date...

so what i understand i...for example, if my statement is Jan 10, then expenses from Dec 10 to Jan 9 will get 6% cashback and then will credited during my statement date...

the thing is...my bill is such a long list of items... can't seem to confirm which one actually get the 6% rebate... any help? how do i check if which spending item actually get the 6%?

Interested in this card. Is this card also eligible for PB balance transfer plans? Planning to get one then BT to it. The 6% CB is attractive too. Any PB CC agents here?

I was reading through the T&C for activation cash reward for this card. One of the T&C mentioned that the RM50 activation cash reward is not eligible for card member who have applied via online channel.

Does it mean if i apply for this card from pbebank web site, i'm not eligible for this RM50 cash reward?

I am not able to capitalize much on this promo...hope they introduce a next round.

Promo finished already lo, didn't hunt for last week, week 22 coz travelling and didn't bring PBB card

Okay, I applied through online and when I called I was told the same thing

So I said, in this case, I won't be using your Card anymore and cancel it before the expiry date

They gave me the activation CB immediately

There is no need to walk in to the Branch

All the T&C is there in PB Website
