approx cost for your poker II with led mod is how much eh?

I DIY the mod so roughly total price is like keyboard 299 + led 15 + acrylic case 80++
keycaps excluded, total price is about 400++ exc self soldering, sanding & etc

can anybody with DSA profile keycaps share their experience? on the space bar, if i press it lightly, it will stuck halfway when depressing. even after using thick o-rings to raised the space bar key, it will still stuck. but when i removed the keycap to test on just the switch, the switch feels normal

the "new Ducky keyboard">> it looks so thin, i have a feeling that it will flex a lot; and losing the normal solid quality that comes with Ducky branding.
the Ducky Legend>> adding a top aluminium plate doesn't change the feeling at all. at most it changes the aesthetics. they should have gone with a solid aluminium bottom plate

So sad. I really like the brass plate on the 356Mini.

So far i don't have this problem, works smoothly on my poker currently.
Had you tried on different type of mx keys? Stupid assumption: it might react differently on other types of mx keys

The bezel on the case looks a little too thick. The board doesn't look balanced, like its fat at the sides or something.

I like the plate though not the layout, prefer the standard 60% layout, and the thin plate... wow... looks "expensive"

i have almost the same problem with both my dsa spacebar from hyperfuse and dolch.
mine doesn't stuck though, just that it feels a bit more restrictive to press down and pop back up.
i believe it's got to do with mis-aligned stem and stab
what keyboard you using? i only tried it with my ducky shine 2.

Said many times. Lightsaver is best. Can get TK number of keys, and only slightly bigger than a TKL. Personally, my endgame keyboard.

Heh... the infamous halfway key. I believe it is misaligned stabilizer stems coming from the molding process in PBT. That and the weight (!) of the fully PBT cap making it hard for the spring in the keycap to bounce back. Obvious solutions would be to:

1. Use a thin o-ring (not optimal)
2. Use a small round spring. The mod is in my archive in reddit. Reply then I'll show you how it looks like. Basically, just bigger than your switch size and long enough to reach the keycap.
3. Change the spring in the switch. This one have to do some de-soldering.
4. Remount the stabs.
5. Send SP an email and ask for replacement.

p/s; The reason I'm sure it's the PBT is because the Taihao set doesn't have this problem. I'll be keeping this set on.

Partially true. PBT spacebars tend to warp a bit.

Yup. Slight warping on the PBT process. Confirm will happen with Cherry stab keyboards.

not custom, just when changing spacebar on my keyboard

Cherry stabs + thick PBT spacebar = disaster mostly for me.

So far, almost all needed some form of modding.
