I agree but they can(or should have) set proper lending policies. In my view they have indirectly fuelled speculative buying.

I'm actually surprised how can a tenancy agreement be signed and the tenant doesn't have the contact of the landlord. From all my experience, when dealing with real estate agents previously (now I don't, as I deal directly), once deal is closed, that is when the agent will then share the contact of the tenant with me. I will then proceed to contact the tenant and once tenant has shifted in, agent will be gone with the wind. Anything bad happen (especially with regards to the tenant - not paying, noisy....etc), agent won't answer and is nowhere to be seen.

Too many units from here. Hard to monitor the transacted price in lelong. So wont be updating the list here anymore.

Sold at RP198k. Single bidder won unchallenged.
