I agree but they can(or should have) set proper lending policies. In my view they have indirectly fuelled speculative buying.

Last month at 326k can win unchalleged but yet nobody interested. All waiting for rock bottom price then come out fighting each other.

I'm actually surprised how can a tenancy agreement be signed and the tenant doesn't have the contact of the landlord. From all my experience, when dealing with real estate agents previously (now I don't, as I deal directly), once deal is closed, that is when the agent will then share the contact of the tenant with me. I will then proceed to contact the tenant and once tenant has shifted in, agent will be gone with the wind. Anything bad happen (especially with regards to the tenant - not paying, noisy....etc), agent won't answer and is nowhere to be seen.

The 16-26th floor units can be accessed from the small gardens. The 23A floor one macam damn dusty in front, wish I can see how does it look inside.

I bet majority lelong units still in brand new virgin condition.
