BTW since we can't visit auction units, are there any ways to really see the units in person? I think the agents/auctioneers post fake photos on propertyguru, they reuse same photos a lot and some don't match the type of the unit they auctioning for.

Of course you are not allowed to break inside. Just can view the unit from the outside.
But since all lelong units here still in brand new unit. Not much to see also except for knowing which direction the unit facing will be sufficient I would say.

If the units are between 16 and 26th floors I will just walk there through the little gardens.

2 bedroom units transacted pricing in the lelong market around 350k.
Anyway, got a cheap unit available currently. No idea is which layout coz is located at the facility level.
Possible studio unit with extra terrace area?

I think I will skip cyberjaya ady. In these 3 months living in 3ave, I feel there is a decline in residents quality.

The unit above mine keep banging their AC ledge door on the fence, they keep dragging furnitures here n there at 1-2AM. Got ppl keep quarreling outside in the corridor, call guards via intercom also no use.

You can accuse me of being racist against Arabs and Africans, but they really didn't demonstrate proper behaviours here.

No matter how atas cyberjaya condos look, as soon as landlords got desperate for tenants, GGXX.

Also 8th floor is swimming pool, expect less privacy living there.

Not even 1 year after VP, now with 10 active units in the lelong market.
All 2 bedroom unit and 3 bedroom unit. No 1 bedroom unit enter lelong yet.

All unit here is fully furnished by developer?

Third Avenue AGM gonna be on tomorrow. Saw the financial statements, management is owed 140k in management fees, yikes.

Also the recent Chinese scam bust is very bad for business, last time a lot of them makan and chill out in convenience store below, now there is no one there ady.

Most probably will be in the top 5 list in year 2020.

Single bidder won unchallenged.
