I know a guy who bought 2 duplex units opposite each other, both also kena lelong, developer selling crazy high price la, 1mil SPA price for duplex unit, cash back here and there to attract buyers. Mark up so high until some banks ban this project shakehead.gif

workmanship that bad huh? but location wise i think not bad, walking distance to all the big companies, just the price those first owners paid to the developer, rent for duplex max 1700 but loan 1mil, 5k per month bleeding like hell, of course lelong loh like that, wanna sell also cannot at times like this.

2 lelong unit sold today at dirt cheap pricing.
Should be way below more than 50% off launching price.

2 bedroom unit from reserve price 230k, sold at 255k.
Duplex unit from reserve price 265k, sold at 295k.

anybody know what is the defect liability period for third avenue?
if purchase all the auction units, I am sure the warranty period could be over by now.

if there is leaking or defects, is this under responsibility already?

If the ex-owner got the key early of 2018, it is already over 2 years by now.
Will the developer entertain auction unit buyer?
