Should be way below more than 50% off launching price. 2 bedroom unit from reserve price 230k, sold at 255k. Duplex unit from reserve price 265k, sold at 295k. Good catch. ![]() ![]() |

anybody know what is the defect liability period for third avenue?
if purchase all the auction units, I am sure the warranty period could be over by now. if there is leaking or defects, is this under responsibility already? |
