I only see many fake ads from agents using not real units pics. Suspect just fish for your contact and they will recommend you other units elsewhere.

Lelong unit check in. Not sure how coincident with the murder case.
Now is more important to find out from which unit or floor level the case happened.

Anyway, very big difference in prices for the 2 lelong units here:

From 500k drop till 364.5k. At 4th round re-auction only able to attract interest.

Single bidder enter, won unchallenged at 364.5k.
Virgin condition unit.

Of course you are not allowed to break inside. Just can view the unit from the outside.
But since all lelong units here still in brand new unit. Not much to see also except for knowing which direction the unit facing will be sufficient I would say.
