I only see many fake ads from agents using not real units pics. Suspect just fish for your contact and they will recommend you other units elsewhere.

Lelong unit check in. Not sure how coincident with the murder case.
Now is more important to find out from which unit or floor level the case happened.

Yeah so far no small size 1 bedder unit in the lelong market yet.
All available bigger sizes unit.

Of course you are not allowed to break inside. Just can view the unit from the outside.
But since all lelong units here still in brand new unit. Not much to see also except for knowing which direction the unit facing will be sufficient I would say.

2 bedroom units transacted pricing in the lelong market around 350k.
Anyway, got a cheap unit available currently. No idea is which layout coz is located at the facility level.

Coz info from the bank is the unit size 667sqft. Search and cannot find such layout. Thought is typo.

All 2 bedroom unit and 3 bedroom unit. No 1 bedroom unit enter lelong yet.

No bidder. Drop below 300k now. No idea what's the unit layout like.
