Few developers i know will screw early buyers from behind.

Ioi is famous for this trick. U see their puchong project....sky something i think....until buyers want to take legal acrion against them.

Yeah it's hard to expect a developer to force an appreciation.

Appreciation is tied to many factors. If the market is weak, forcing an appreciation will deter people from taking up more, and that in turn means less population, and that in turn will attract less businesses to come into Conezion, and then the place may end up another Setiawalk. Then maybe the appreciation will stagnant, and all buyers suffer even more than whatever interest that has been paid.

If the take up is slow, I rather they maintain the prices to draw in the crowd. With a sustainable population more services and retail shops will open and that will drive up appreciation long run.

Then early bird takers only benefit in securing their choice of units, but that is given for being an early bird. If you don't want to be early bird, you just foot the risk of not getting your preferred unit down the road (if in case the property turns out to be hot and is snapped up lo).

may i know from conezion owners, the block D type B2-08, why no body wanna buy that corner area? seems a lot unable to sell at that area?

At 0.33 psft. Overpriced or not it depends on the quality of the JMB in work such as maintaining the security, cleanliness, facilities, etc.

If they include free shuttle service to IOI city mall, it would be nice start for this whole resort city living concept. Haha. Not sure if covered walkway to the mall is in the plan. Hope it is.
