The success of conezion will be influenced by the commerial properties around it, including the mall.

Between now and 2020 will be a good time to buy coz price seems to be stagnant. Price will go up again latest by 2020. Optimistic view (article) is 2018. Conezion should be completed by the end of 2018, followed up by completion of phase 2 of the mall. Interesting to see when the commercial component of conezion matures; this place would be a nice place to stay where almost everything is nearby. P.s. One outdoor theme park would make IOI resort city a place to stop by for tourist before heading to KL. Any IOI prop staff here that would take this idea? Haha.. |
