Between now and 2020 will be a good time to buy coz price seems to be stagnant. Price will go up again latest by 2020. Optimistic view (article) is 2018.

Conezion should be completed by the end of 2018, followed up by completion of phase 2 of the mall. Interesting to see when the commercial component of conezion matures; this place would be a nice place to stay where almost everything is nearby.

P.s. One outdoor theme park would make IOI resort city a place to stop by for tourist before heading to KL. Any IOI prop staff here that would take this idea? Haha..

At 0.33 psft. Overpriced or not it depends on the quality of the JMB in work such as maintaining the security, cleanliness, facilities, etc.

If they include free shuttle service to IOI city mall, it would be nice start for this whole resort city living concept. Haha. Not sure if covered walkway to the mall is in the plan. Hope it is.
