In my opinion, banner there mentioned mid of 2017 complete, but doesn't means that merchant move in and start their business on the time.

Aparently the mall phase 2 has been delayed. I hope IOI does not delay this too long. The reason many people bought is because of the huge mall promised (bigger than midvalley when fully completed)...plus the consideration was walking distance to mall which would be possible when fully completed. The mall is already packed in the weekends until got no space to move..what is IOI waiting for?

Information from thier main contractor, actually developer is chasing them to speed up the work. So the building will complete end of 2017 and estimate VP is 1st quarter of 2018. So the conezion will complete early.

Not sure what strategy IOI is having, later launch, cheaper price. It is very bad already if they main the price but now they make it cheaper. @.@

Check out their other projects, they actually reduce the price further to push for sales. Don't buy IOI properties when it launches. 😠

I doubt this is true..not comparing apple to apple...compare the nett prices for similiar units and i am sure the units launched later will not be cheaper..

I have checked and verified with the IOI sale gallery in the mall. You can do your own research if you do not believe it.

It is not about their strategy, the whole market is softening what is the point of marketing it at a fake elevated price, seemingly "got price no market". Better selling at realistic prices than coming to completion most of the condo being empty pending for sales.

Property market has its cycle. The boom has definitely past us.

Appreciate your reply but disagree with your statement because other renowned developers like EcoWorld, they will not do that. Even a small potato developer like EcoFirst, they increase the price of the latest launched tower during the difficult time, the official launch date was last Friday and the price is 10% more for exactly the same unit type!

Agreed that property market has its cycle thus I can accept they maintain the price during down time but not reducing it further. Do you know that early birds are paying interest since last year? Now the later buyers do not need to pay that much interest and yet they got the extra discount. ranting.gif ranting.gif
