Appreciate your reply but disagree with your statement because other renowned developers like EcoWorld, they will not do that. Even a small potato developer like EcoFirst, they increase the price of the latest launched tower during the difficult time, the official launch date was last Friday and the price is 10% more for exactly the same unit type!

Agreed that property market has its cycle thus I can accept they maintain the price during down time but not reducing it further. Do you know that early birds are paying interest since last year? Now the later buyers do not need to pay that much interest and yet they got the extra discount.
