1. its not low cost apartments. People that spend 1/2mio or more most likely already have a place to stay.
2. many buyers bought bcos of 'mall' factor.....hence good for rental purposes.
3. I never see a new high end or mid high end condo majority are buyers for own stay.

dun need to ask God. upon vp and wait for 6mths or so and see how many units occupied on the so called fully sold block B or A.

in Connezion website....ioi claimed that the project is 700mtr to ioi mall.....guess it should be the bestest scenario???

I believe ioi no project in cyberjaya except this land in ioi resort at Putrajaya.

there is no right or wrong answer for your problem above......ultimately developers are here to sell their stock as their top priority. other factors such as customers retention might not stand as high as 'turnover'.

some developers managed to maintain or even increase price provided they are cash rich. But not all developers are in the same shoes.

the closest to CJ are this ioi resort city and 16Sierra......
but close is relative...not like walking distance to the next township.

Few developers i know will screw early buyers from behind.

Ioi is famous for this trick. U see their puchong project....sky something i think....until buyers want to take legal acrion against them.
