if you pick pyramid, 1U, Mid Valley and KLCC
citymall is below par. just do their rental psf and you will know what i meant here.

Have you visited both IOI Mall & One U/MV ? Can tell the difference between the patrons which both of these attracts? The demography imbalance is clear... or maybe I'm just being too cautious with the demographic imbalance..

To be honest, I just had a conversation with my superior in the evening and they say is commercial rate. So don't put too much hope on residential rate. But still, in my own opinion I think it is pretty good for an investment thou commercial rate might be kinda let down a bit. =)

hmmm....my friend told me its under hda, so shud be residential rate. Anyway, i read before in lowyat that u will get residential rate if register as an individual at tnb. Can anyone clarify?
