Actually no GST require to pay for any residential use.

SPA stamp duty (MOT) and loan stamp duty (0.5% x loan) you have to pay
and disbursement also pay yourself (My agent incorrect info given make me angry mad.gif )

Nope. I buy for own stay, but think will sell it within 10years, so have to consider investment value also.
1U/MV i think wont below 700k with 1000sft, but conezion 600k+- some more with potential.
