Hi. Anyone experienced crazy battery drain using Whatsapp?
My phone was fully charged at 9:35pm today, and now it is 55% by using whatsapp (sending some photos) and very minimal web browse. Used 2G data.

Is this normal? It would have been drainer if I used 3G.

did you installed any new apps beforehand?

mine is ok with heavy whatsapp.. can still last me around 22hrs of usage with LTE.

Check Settings > applications > background tasks

See how many is running in the background without u knowing, the more apps are running, the more battery drainage

Yeah Nokia Wireless charger is expensive. I'm using the stand one, pretty worth it for me lah, have been using it almost a year now. Yes charging is longer, almost 3 hours to fully charge the phone. I use it when I go to sleep, just put it on the stand, acts like a night clock also with glance screen
