I have a cracked screen where can I get it repaired and how long does it takes to get the screen changed. TQ

Hello I need help with my Lumia 1520. Using maxis and I don't get anything more than E eventhough in my area I can get up to H+. Checked the setting everything is fine and called maxis no help either. Appreciate some advise. TQ
