This morning went to SEH to capture some images.. Straight before enter the SEH, it seems like the advertisement board of EM in front of SEH is already gone. Seems like EM really needs to drag the lauching, or they just change the layout of the advertisement??

Overview of EM currently  Closer look on EM  Showhouses of EM  SemiD / Banglo show units I suppose. Seems like today some engineers/architect doing the checking    DSL show units (I presume)  This the main entrance to EM I suppose   Welcome center seems still not available... Don't really think EM will be launched by April / May 2014... |

The progress of DSL units in SEH always at the forefront, everything seems going very smooth in a very fast pace. DSL units not only building the body structures on ground floor, the framework structures even for second floor is started as well.....

Side track abit, beside taking the pictures of the SEH / EM, also notice there are several other site clearing as well. Perhaps need other sifu to indicate what are these developments...
On the other side of the Lekas highway, a big clearing carry on (definitely not the superlink clearing). Perhaps this is the UEM Serene Height????     Not far away from the Lekas toll, another clearing as well. Is this the Tiara South under Kuen Lei group?   Along the way, there are banners on a project call "Clover Homes", should be another small construction that next to Tiara East and Country Garden. They even use Setia Ecohill as the landmark!! EcoWorld will showcase their EcoMajestic township at the Mapex held in Midvalley from 4-6 April. Can see the whole master plan. Today star paper publish this info and can see parts of the township from that pic. Seems like got quite a number of high rise building.
I think SEH will not be a ghost town afterall... (Hope). I dont wanna live with ghost |

today went to SEH, surprisingly still saw quite a number of ppl visited the showrooms and talked to the stuff at there...some young couples, some parents with their kids, some golden age retire couples, and a bus loaded with some china tourist...guess those tourist are those cash rich buyers come malaysia for property shopping...
nice weather and serene environment at SEH today... |

whoever build mall in Semenyih, Bangi, Kajang area surely will earn. This area got huge population with the closest mall is Jusco Cheras Selatan and soon to be completed IOI mall (nearby SKVE).

Live update: Ecoworld staff said got shopping mall and seem like terrace hse starting price now is 600K. Build up size is 2K. The house design quite nice and launching date could be May 2014. End of this month bungalow lots.

Hopefully Semenyih will boom! I'm visualizing 17years back USJ areas where the current Summit is. The same concept of USJ being adopted for Semenyih area. Even when KESAS highway was opened, the development along the h/way was slow but now it is really congested until Klang. Seremban is booming nw and Semenyih is the first township along LEKAS highway. Pajam already hv projects booming together with Nilai. No doubt Semenyih will be successful as USJ. Hv feelings that EM HQ will be based in one of the Offices that they ate building - same as SP Setia's HQ in Setia Alam.
