btw, i heard interest rates increasing w.e.f 2014 from 6.6 to 7.2 wor.. got any effect kah?

he initially say up to 7.2 w.e.f June 2014.. sorry

but that DIBR is true, i got this offer last week.. no kidding..

"The if you dun buy many other will buy theory"
"The population theory "
"The must be economic downturn theory"
" the assumption theory everyone can hold "
"The price will not drop theory"
"The GST theory singapore alwayls has GST"
and etc..

singapore does not have any of those but still price come down for past 6 months how to justify

what to worry, price down 20% from asking price not purchase price, just profit less if you are flipping.. if home owners... no problem

wah.. ok lor such an endurance.. me from kajang also 7 am or 715 am, start reach around 830 am or later depends on traffic , whether, and etc.. sometimes from KL to KLCC already 35 minutes

dis taikor must be very early 6 am or 630 am..
