Hopefully Semenyih will boom! I'm visualizing 17years back USJ areas where the current Summit is. The same concept of USJ being adopted for Semenyih area. Even when KESAS highway was opened, the development along the h/way was slow but now it is really congested until Klang. Seremban is booming nw and Semenyih is the first township along LEKAS highway. Pajam already hv projects booming together with Nilai. No doubt Semenyih will be successful as USJ. Hv feelings that EM HQ will be based in one of the Offices that they ate building - same as SP Setia's HQ in Setia Alam.
