If I'm not mistaken, this Samanea/Saraca units not yet launched isit ?
But also heard oredi all had been sapu by yee ma ku j (Associates and staffs), is it true ?

This is what I have been told. Samanea no launched to the public, all sapu by internal staff and associates..

Saraca will open to public, but heard price zoom up to 680k...

Samanea 22x75 (which never open to public) build up size is 1930 and 1940 respectively.

We are matured to differentiate siew yan and also facts. Just gotta ignore them....life will be much fun without them.

Lol, if SEH die, EM x boleh hidup alone lah, same as if EM die, SEH also gan kor to survive loh..

Other place not sure, here EM and SEH are sahabat handai..

SPS uses the same old tactic... 22x75 with BU of 1900...and then next phase of same size with little enhance and BU increase to maybe 2100 sqft and then up the price....

BU for 22x75 in Setia Alam has reached like 2500sqft.....while EM 22x75 terus hantam 2509 sqft.... totally different strategy....

Maybe no more DSL in EM in future already, all super link, or 2.5 storey..
