Bro, I do notice some parking spaces at the back. I am also not sure how many units in EM will be launched in this phase.

However, if you remember the SEH launching, the cars park from the welcome center until the junction, both sides. Roughly 1.5 km per side, which is about 3km long.. That's for about 1000 numbers (700 queue + 300 reserve list). Moveable toilets of course is available, but again space is required. SEH have plenty of spaces around the welcome center, the parking plot in front of SEH center can accommodate at least 700 people and some extra space for food and drinks, but EM satellite office...

Perhaps like you said, since the show room in that area only occupied by the EW, perhaps they will use the space for whole street, then is okay I presume. Or they allow the person who take the queue number to leave and come back second day, then perhaps works as well..

Yeah bro. I parked after the first roundabout. There got buses and vans to pick u up but that time really cant afford to wait at all. I was either walking fast or run over there. Luckily, managed just above number 300 although not my ideal unit

Anyway, lets wait and see for EM. I still think is still possible to organise it at their current sales office as long as they get permission from developer or mpkj .

I really doubt that EM will be launched this month although I was told that it will be launched by end of this month.

Yeah... That was what the Sales guy told me. Is a target but launch or not really no idea. Even the model of the terrace houses also cant see the inside layout. The layout only available thru their tablet.... Disappointing... Maybe the authority not yet approved.

Yeah, when I was there last Friday, the model houses of cluster and SemiD also not ready yet. SA told me they need to finalize the layout. Even the price also not yet finalized for cluster / SemiD units

After putting in the model of the master plan as well as these model houses, not much space left, they only put few tables to let SA discuss with interested buyer..

Boss. Very hard to say.

EW launched their EcoSky and EcoBotanic last year, both without layout in their brochure but in the SA iPad and fully booked on that day itself.

Yeah, manage to talk to some of the EW Staff, definitely > 250 Staff.

Wah, good... Then can vest in EM project already.. After VP, definitely > 2500 SPS staffs in EW already...
