Don't doubt the capability of other ppl in PNB Group. My point above was solely for the Master Plan only.

My previous point is that PNB should not take over a company with no clear direction. Bad for past buyers who bought into the so-called Master Plan, etc.

Ok. So, ppl capability is not a issue.

By the way, how come u know no clear direction from new management ?. U r the staff in sp setia ?.

Analyst speculating that PNB wants to consolidate all their Property Assets as reported in the newspaper but until today, PNB has not said anything.

It is not good for remaining staff in SP Setia. Consolidation means they will lose their jobs - will they still be so committed.

PNB already made up their mind very long ago to takeover SP Setia, why remain mum about your Grand Plans.

Why even allow TSL to stay so long, still sit on the Board. PNB wanted to kick him out long ago but instead allowed him to stay and drag down the share price for almost past 1-year.

If SP Setia can be run as BAU or autopilot, all the property sifu here can also apply to be the CEO already.

new owner must have clear vision and direction. Has PNB given you that kind of impression, this is what I as new owner want or don't want? Maybe still honeymoon period. Am also surprised Hamid Kama Piah is known to be quite ruthless.

Semenyih as of now is still Kampung or less establish. Hate to say this, i felt like i went into Seremban era from the early 80s each time i visit it

To get Semenyih to establish not even talking mature township, give it another 10 years or 20 years.

I am not complaining but it is huge sacrifice to move here as compare to establish or mature township. Again, it's up to individual and i am officially moving to this kampung comes August.

PNB said nothing does not mean has nothing plan. Except u the top management ppl then maybe u know. I can tell u, even the staff in PNB oso dun know.

Tis is agreement between PNB n LKS. u should ask Y LKS still want to stay since oredy know ppl want to kick him out. Dun be surprised during tis one yr, LKS need to report the project progress to PNB management.
Autopilot, I tot PNB oredy announced the successor.
If u r the main customer or big shareholder, I think PNB will tell u the new vision n direction.

Well, let's hope more premium f&b comes into this part of town once a new mall is up probably in another 5 years.

It will definately be a change in my weekend routine and don't mind this kg transform itself in the years to come. Let hope i am able to live long enough to see the transformation. Ha.

There is a Hotel Uptown right after the Exit 1805. At the corner of the Hotel Uptown, there is a nice little restaurant that serves quite okay food and drinks.

Else, come to Metro Point for Starbucks, Old Town. There is also a Papa Rich nearby.

Nobody can predict who will take over SPS and how it is going to be new direction, unless you are PNB. One thing for sure is SPS will have new management and will shape another direction different than TSL, workable or not workable nobody can assure unless after implementation. Times will tell.

But one thing for sure is construction company under PNB such Sime Darby and I&P are not die yet, maybe they are not the rising star, but at least they are still the top key players in property development.

Therefore, whether SPS will be better, in same condition or worse compare to past, I presume nobody will know, as it is too early for any prediction.

Hello..even the HR divisional GM is leaving in June and with almost the entire HR team which build SP as the premier employer and the branding..Apa macam la like this...now SP is just simply recruiting any tom d*** and harry to replace...if you were LKS will you recruit smarter brains to replace those who left with him? And SP under the hated PNB is his competitor...and he vowed to be the best developer in 5 years..one mountain cannot have two piggy la...250 is a low estimate..by july it will be 350 and dato Voon WILL be leaving in Jan 2015. that is tip of the day
