Agree, Master Plan can change one. If u look at Original Putrajaya / Cyberjaya Master Plan, there was suppose to be a Monorail Link but look where we are now at.

Also, Master Plan does not represent Binding Contract between SEH and past or future buyers of SEH. Only SPA is the Contract, nothing else.
