PNB biggest mistakes have been underestimating the contribution of TSL and his key staff in developing what SP Setia is today.

A strength of a Property Developer lies not just in its Land Banks but the brains behind what to do with the Land Banks.

Don't believe, ask SHC, they are still kicking themselves for selling the huge plot of Land that transformed SP Setia.

So, PNB thinks, hey I got the Land - you can Garpu Off.

But they underestimated TSL - I can buy 1,000 acres just next to your Development.

Current acting CEO of SP Setia, just a matter of time before he leaves to join TSL.

PNB screwed up big time here and still clueless as to what to do with SP Setia or their current Property. Just BAU

As a matter of fact, do you know how many staffs SPS have? How many quit and how many stay and how many new staffs are recruited? Provide more data so that we can discuss further loh..

At SP Setia, the question is not who will replace Liew but who will bring in 250 "foot soldiers" to replace the 250 who will quit SP Setia to mostly join Eco World.

Those 250 are the nuts and bolts of the once formidable SP Setia juggernaut..........

1.) The author from SPS HR department? How he/she knows 250 staffs will be leaving? So sure?

2.) Do you know how many staffs is in SPS? Let say even assume really 250 staffs are leaving, 250 staffs / 1250 staffs is 20%, but 250/2500 staffs is 10% woh... So, kindly tell me, how many staffs in SPS now?

1) The author dare to put in the newspaper, it means the news is confirmed. Cannot be wrong 1.

2) According to our SPS expert raikonen1213, even more SPS staff leaving after the news has appeared in newspaper, close to 400 in total.

CFA gor, I don't have crystal ball, I can't predict how SPS will go in future.

The only facts I know, there are some company under PNB working pretty well, and some are working pretty bad. I dunno whether SPS will be the former one or latter one.. I just strongly oppose the statement, everything under PNB will die..

However, there is one thing is very sure - in SPS, LKS buy land in Semenyih/Beranang, even after going to EcoWorld, they also bought a big land next to SPS. That's proves one thing, LKS and his team see the potential of Semenyih/Beranang area. Those people who believe Semenyih/Beranang project will be a failure also actually questioning the credibility of LKS and his team...

There's so many useless newspapers out there that is talking nonsense, so are you saying all news in the so called newspaper is newsworthy?
While it might be true, but saying it is confirmed and cannot be wrong is misleading.

1.) That's not a news, that's personal opinion article. Only can become news if SPS officially announce there are 250 staffs leaving.

2.) Lol, not offense, your buddy whether is a man or a lady I also not sure, how I can sure about the info he/she provide? If he is so powerful, perhaps can show show some official statistics about staff overflow in SPS?

What most people fail to see is the potential of Semenyih, Kajang and Bangi corridor.
This area is lacking of investment and has a huge population untapped.

The distance to certain area is definitely good for example, Cyberjaya Putrajaya, Seri Kembangan etc.

If I work in the southern part of KV, I don't need to stay in the northern part, hence this Semenyih, Kajang, Bangi area is an attractive proposition for me.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against PNB nor am I a fan of SP Setua, EcoWorld, TSL. I am a poor fag, cannot buy such premium properties.

Just that PNB handled the entire takeover of SP Setia very badly, right from the start and until now. They have no plan on what to do with their Prop Biz or SP Setia. They allow their potential biggest competitor to remain on the Board / Mgmt until his last day and until now, TSL is still Chairman of Battersea.

U do not takeover a company without a solid biz plan. If not for Property being a scarce resources and in high demand, such company after taken over will surely gulung tikar.

alot more people work in other parts of KV.
We don't need to travel to KLCC all the time.

Lol, that means still lack of 20%... Quite alot? That's mean still more than 80% of staffs are working in the same company and recruitment is keep on going. I do not deny it will somehow affect the operation temporary, while waiting the people to come in. But will this company in chaotic situation with 80% staffs still working?
