Nearest mrt entrance for rica is cancelled. Have to walk across the road to Viva residence to enter now

As if mrt entrance is design and build overnight.

design are subject to change perhaps to cut cost. for this station its ommited out not deferred meaning its totally cancelled.

Coincidentally omitted after vped.

Malaysia punya LRT/MRT/KTM station all not world class planning... If you happen to travel to developed country, their station have at least 4 exits... some even have more than 10 exits...

We have lousy people to manage the country... we will never reach the world class level or well developed country like others.

The Finance Ministry under LGE is responsible for the bastardization of the MRT2 scope when Pakatan was still in power. No surprise that public transit is at the bottom of their priority list.

Looking at that plan, I believe it may have been omitted because you'll have to build right under this project, a few shoplots and a private empty land across the road, which will surely involve multiple parties. And based on past experience on how certain neighbourhoods oppose even something as minor as public transit stations exits and placements, I wouldn't be surprised if this may be the reason why MRT Corp would rather not raise the ire of those parties.

Sure one can argue that New York's subway tunnels do go underneath buildings without issues, but you know how fussy or protective most Malaysians are when it involves their backyard.

Not surprise as till today the construction of that entrance is not started yet.

nothing new, the modifications were announced in 2018 in during the cost cutting exercises. Entrance A had been omitted much earlier.

if walkway shelter is provided, i would prefer to walk on the ground rather than underground. The main reason of the omission was realignment of mrt3. this station was an interchange station. this is the real disappointment.
