some of the price posted on ads looks optimistic 690psf. But this should be a good rental play with MRT line Sentul west coming on stream in 2022/3.for the time being need to tahan abit.

We can’t see it now as most work done underground. If you notice the track along Kepong to Jln Ipoh, is about about 60% completed.

Would be difficult for those coming from JLN IPOH to turn into this entrance. Would need to do a U turn from Sentul east area.
