as for security and safety, underground has more risks ie. fire, flooding, earthquake, arson/terrorist attack with poisonous gas etc. btw, i don't stay here and not carrying handbag.

just received call from random agent. ready to move in by march. still got 40+ unit for sold. around 600k nett for 800+sqft unit. kinda attracted with rica. but price quite competitive. somemore its a completed unit...

It looks like the entire building is completed since a year ago. Used to pass by every day before MCO...why does it take so long to VP though
