I think it is lower than that... 620psf avg...

850 sf around 550K.. Price seems ok, just how is the area, it is still old segment compare to Bandar Baru Sentul tho.

Yes, around that price. Smaller units below 400k after disc. Maintenance fee at the lower side compare to other ddevelopment at 25 cents.

Depending on your unit types... Majority is 1 car park, some with 2 car parks, was told is 2 individual car park, not tandem. You need to see what you need as according to the new way of calculating maintenance, car park lot size will also chargeable on maintenance.

I see the location is not bad.. Just behind the YTL East.. With MRT coming in 200m away, it is not bad tho.. General Hospital also not far away, PWTC also nearby, lot's of schools, Aeon big River city also in walking distance. Only bad thing about it is the area is there are many old shops.

Even with that, you have alternate road via Sentul Link, Jalan Pahang via Bandar Baru Sentul etc that allow you to escape to jam fairly easily. The best thing about this area is close proximity to KTM station and future underground MRT station.

Yeap, agent told non-bumi gone. Anyway, will have few units drop out due to bank loan issues for sure.
