but u know wat i mean, i hope.nice to know. the letter i got states vi is good for ppl klia, penang and changi, no mention of lcct or klia2.
will try next trip. maybe it is not just vi, but card or bank specific...?
i have preferred acc with them. last time, i asked for vi, they rejected, only gave me vs.
now, they say new policy = all preferred get vi+zing.
banks r banks, mgrs keep changing policies and rules...
who knows they will revoke or charge me af next yr?!
as customers, we just have to make full use of watever comes along.
if they change for worse, dump and move on!

Both preferred VI and regular VI have different benefits.. regular VI only has 2 complimentary access to PPL...
Preferred VI - unlimited I think ..

Preferred VI - points
regular VI - cash rebate

Obviously preferred VI is difficult to get - got to be preferred member.

the answer is yes or no? yes is not correct because CIMB has more than 1 branch in KL but no seems inappropriate since this kind of question usually comes with an answer of YES.

i think for all cc, credit limits are earned over time.

u need to spend enough, and must pay up on time, every time.

over time, they will notice and raise yr limit.

if u spend little or spend a lot but settle late or just pay interest every time, no chance...

Called, and reply with May credit on next month, if next month still no need to call them to complaint. Straight ask to cut my zing card as well, useless for me.
