actually you can. you need to call the cs n make some threats like "you will report it to BNM if they don't lower the default value etc etc"

I got charged early Apr, my Apr statement is already out, they did not reverse the Zing card charge  gonna call them again

this is one of the reason to have a slightly higher credit limit. just in case you pump everyday, you will have rm1k held in a week.

I bought the ticket on 3rd April. Statement date is 28th April. MCC code confirm is 4511. Can anyone confirm that the 20% rebate should be in April's statement or May's statement?

29/4 statement available online, 30/4 called cs asking reversal of zing card rm10 and the 3 swipe rm50 rebate for gst(new card), they say rm 50 will be show following month statement after fulfill 3rd swipe, rm10 will reverse Soon.

Today login cimbclicks and found they have reversed the rm10 for me ald  
Looking forward to next month statement for GST

just check my statement on cimbclick, they also reversed the zing card registration even though i'm not call them yet. I guess too many people complaint so they remove the fees

yalor, mine show RM10 ZING FEE REVERSAL, but i guess it mean the same thing 

just now i try to use the card at petron seksyen 7 shah alam, but the pump cant detect the card
need to use at counter, dunno why

finally able to get the reverse RM10 as yesterday i mentioned to retention team, as he called me asked why cancel the petronas platinum, now he convert my card from petronas platinum to cash back platinum.
