Disappointed with CIMB Cash Rebate card..when offer me, the lady mention i can get rm150 welcome bonus, but now alrd 2nd month yes to credit it to me even i perform more than 3 swipe in less than 10 days

Called, and reply with May credit on next month, if next month still no need to call them to complaint. Straight ask to cut my zing card as well, useless for me.

Mine recent booking at Malindo air only get 0.2% cash back instead of 20%,

Just called to CIMB CS, n their explaination of i dint get 20% rebate because even i purchase through Malindo Air official website, but the payment was handled by 3rd party agent which CIMB unable to detect it MCC code 4511, but the problem is in the statement description wrote " MALINDO AIR- E COMM SEPANG", so seem like CIMB put the blame to malindo Air fault.

i just checked my statement, purchase flight ticket online only entitled for 0.2% cash rebate which is fall under "CASH REBATE OTHER RETAIL", very disappointed. i guess my next purchase for flight ticket will just use M2 card, even visa can get 0.4% value treatpoint
