confirmed on budget 2015. location not important as confirmed is walkable too.

What was just announced in budget: LRT from Bandar Utama to Shah Alam/Klang.
However, to give you a retrospective, LRT extension was announced in budget 2006 and it is estimated to be completed in 2016. That is also just only extension, a new LRT line would be probably more complicated and longer in term of funding and construction.

Furthermore, the route is not confirmed yet and no one guarantee it would be near Emira.

Alignment already been confirmed fyi. Seksyen 13 station also must pass by area.

The alignment you mentioned is the proposal. As I say, no one can confirm or guarantee anything based on this proposal.

I think earlier too many grab facing Aeon since it is cheaper. OSK increased the price in hoping hv a balance sales in both side. My guessing.. Haha

Now come on, i didnt buy the most expensive unit but these are blood&sweat money. I inquired at the counter for the bag and was ill-treated by a lady as some sort-of cheapskate buyers. Bad manners and extremely rude. She literally stared at us. No kidding. She fking cock-stared us.

So i got myself a bloody big OSK bag that has nothing in it.

I am happy i managed to book a unit. Been eyeing for it for a while. But the experience were ultimately destroyed.

No need for me to mention names here. I am not here to break people's mangkuk. So any of you OSK agents out there, read this as a wake up call.

Very sad to hear your bad experience. Just one of those days that unfortunately you've encountered a nonresponsive and irresponsible sale agent but you've acted cool and it shows you're a better person than them.
