Their marketing person call me yesterday to inform and invite for this 10th Oct event.
He just explain a bit about the event, early bird discount, bumi discount, booking fee (RM5k), 560psf.

in 1 week already increase d price by Rm10 psf which is like 6-12k more expensive d.. i jus go

are you guys optimitic about this project? arent you guys scare of osk changing the master plan again just like what they did to pan'gaea?

Yes, just blacklist OSK if you do not support them. I never hope they can delivery what they have said without black and white.

supposed to be retail mall, hotel, sofo plus condo

the mall supposed to be in some futuristic design. yhen the hotel also supposed to look very modern,

now scrap hotel plus mall n make more condos plus maybe retail strip

Looks like some of u have concerns over this project cos of What happened in Pangea. No need to waste your sliver la, this Emira is at different location and with different concept. There is only 400 units n it's very affordable. Those who have lost the confidence then please let other ppl with limited budget to get a unit there. cool2.gif

change plan? i guess not much can change since small land only
