Which means, as soon as the deal is sealed, you are on your own. They won't bother to build link roads to that area, or develop the township, or maintain the garden or build a community there. Hands off just like that.

This is the impression I have on OSK developers. It's like they sell you a car but they never bother to create the spare part market or gas station to support that product. Don't think I'll purchase any of their property again.
