2.5k is already very good. 3k forget it.
There’s oversupply everywhere.
In my option the occupancy rate is around 40%.
Hardly see any Chinese here

Out of curiosity yesterday I checked the asking price at iProperty. It seems for 2bedded apartment the rental asking price has gone down from 2k+ to around 1,5k - 1,7k!

Yes, management even extended the free parking for next 3 months due to lukewarm response from the commercial lots
